About Us
Owner, Joe Celico, was born and was raised in Westerly, Rhode Island. In 1982, Joe began designing homes in Charlotte County. In 1988 opened his construction and design office. Joe and his wife Joyce, reside in Port Charlotte, Florida.
Joe is a graduate of Roger Williams College School of Architecture in Bristol, Rhode Island and carries the following certifications:
- State of Florida Certified Residential & Commercial Contractor
- Certified Home Inspector
- Graduate Architect
Celico Custom Builders, Inc. is a design oriented construction company, working very closely with the owners to achieve the best possible designed and constructed homes imaginable.
